About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Palm Valley and BECGS facilities, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable production while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

The Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of site operations – safety and risk management, plant operations, optimization and troubleshooting, maintenance planning and execution, logistics and administration.

Working closely with both on-site personnel and the broader Operations team, the Production Supervisor will foster a strong safety culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. As the person-in-charge and the most senior person on site, this position requires a high level of integrity, accountability and sound judgement. The successful candidate will be trusted to make informed operational decisions, lead by example and ensure the site continues to operate safely and effectively.

What you will need to be successful in this role

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant qualification in Production Operations, Engineering, Maintenance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supervising production, operations or maintenance activities within a heavy industrial, resources, energy or oil and gas environment.
- Experience overseeing stores, inventory and logistics processes.
- Maintenance or trade background highly regarded.
- Experience using operational reporting systems.
