The Position

- Lead and mentor nursing and care staff across Flinders and Cape Barren Islands.
- Oversee clinical operations and ensuring compliance with both aged care and hospital quality and safety standards
- Manage staff rosters and resource allocation
- Drive quality improvement activities and evidence-based practice
- Support staff development through coaching and providing professional growth opportunities
