We are seeking an experienced V6 Software and Modelling Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed parametric models for a broad range of facade systems — including doors, windows, curtain walls, and balustrades — using the V6 fabrication software platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate parametric models in V6 for doors, windows, curtain wall systems, and balustrade assemblies.
- Produce fabrication-ready shop drawings and documentation from V6 models in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Liaise with project managers, estimators, and production staff to ensure models reflect current design intent and scope.
- Review architectural and engineering documentation to extract relevant details and incorporate them into V6 models.
- Identify and resolve modelling conflicts or discrepancies prior to release for fabrication.Maintain version control and documentation records for all project models.
- Assist in the development and standardisation of V6 libraries, templates, and workflows.





Required Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated proficiency in V6 facade fabrication software.
- Experience modelling curtain wall, window, door, and balustrade systems.
- Sound understanding of aluminium or steel facade fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with AS 2047 and AS 1288 or equivalent glazing and facade standard.
- Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Desired Attributes

- Trade or technical qualification in glazing, aluminium fabrication, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with AS 2047 and AS 1288 or equivalent glazing and facade standards.Prior experience in a facade fabrication or installation setting.
- Exposure to project coordination or estimating in the facade industry.
