OurDirector of Pedagogyis dedicated to curriculum, mentoring, coaching, educational leadership and supporting educators to continuously strengthen practice.

About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedDiploma Qualified Educatorto join ourSenior Toddler Room, supporting our passionate Room Lead to deliver an exceptional educational program.
This isn't a role where you'll simply follow someone else's plan.
You'll be a valued contributor, working collaboratively to create engaging, child-led learning experiences while sharing responsibility for programming, critical reflection and curriculum planning.
You'll have the autonomy to bring your own ideas to life, follow children's interests, contribute to long-term projects and help shape an environment where children feel capable, curious and deeply connected.
Most importantly, you'll never be expected to do it alone.
You’ll be supported by:

What Your Days Will Look Like
As a key educator in our Senior Toddler Room, you'll:
- Build meaningful, secure relationships with children and their families.
- Work alongside your Room Lead to deliver an Exceeding educational program inspired by children's interests.
- Share responsibility for planning, documentation and reflective practice.
- Create beautiful, engaging learning environments that provoke curiosity and exploration.
- Champion children's agency, wellbeing and sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together.
- Participate in mentoring, professional discussions and continuous improvement.
- Celebrate the everyday moments that make early childhood education so rewarding.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is more than qualified - we're looking for someone who genuinely loves what they do.
You’ll have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards your qualification.
- Experience working in a toddler learning environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard and Child Safe Standards.
- Confidence contributing to programming and educational documentation.
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn, reflect and grow.
- High professional standards, a solid work ethic and pride in your work.
- A passion for building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
