As the Services Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring all electrical, mechanical and associated building services are successfully coordinated throughout the construction lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the coordination and delivery of building services across major projects includingCommercial, Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, Education, Healthcare. Industrial, Government, Defence, Aged Care, Hospitality & Retail.
- Reviewing services designs, shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Working closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
- Coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning and final services handover.
- Monitoring services installation to ensure compliance with project specifications, Australian Standards and program requirements.
- Identifying risks early and providing practical, buildable solutions to keep projects on track.
- Building robust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Experience required to be considered:

- An Electrical or Mechanical Engineering qualification, or an Electrical/Mechanical trade background with relevant commercial construction experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Services Manager or Services Coordinator role within commercial construction.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial builder on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services, including design coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.
- The ability to review technical documentation and provide practical construction solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple project teams.
