The successful applicants will be seeking a career, eager to learn and open to experience nursery work on any level. You will be the type of person who enjoys variety and working outside (rain, hail, or shine). The role is very hands on and is fast paced so you will need to be physically fit and capable to do manual work.
TASKS
- Grafting
- Experienced in cleft and side grafting techniques (preferred but not essential)
- Follow Plant Hygiene Protocol
- Meet daily KPI’s, while maintaining quality and successful graft take
- Keeping accurate record’s in line with our quality and accreditation requirements.

- Potting
- Tree Work
- Weed management
- Staking
- Plant care/maintenance
- Dispatch (picking, labelling and packing orders)
