About the Role

This is a hands‑on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. As our Educational Leader, you’ll help guide our program while still getting to do what you love — working directly with children.

- Leading the planning and delivery of a fun, engaging, and meaningful educational program
- Supporting and mentoring educators to confidently use the planning cycle to enhance daily practice
- Creating inviting play environments that foster curiosity, creativity, and belonging
- Collaborating with children, families, and educators to continuously enhance program quality
- Driving ongoing improvement through our Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Supporting the day‑to‑day administration and smooth operation of the service

What You’ll Bring

- A Diploma in Children’s Services, School Aged Care, or another ACECQA-approved qualification
- A current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training




- Completed Child Protection Training (as per Section 162A of the National Law)
- Robust understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and My Time, Our Place framework
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach
- A passion for mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice
- A genuine commitment to providing exceptional outcomes for children
- Willingness to support and embrace our Christian ethos
