At Motorama Springwood we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to provide our service guests with a fantastic experience every time!

The Service Advisor role is a key role in our dealerships. You play a pivotal role helping our guests get their vehicles serviced and resolving any issues they may be having with their vehicles, so this is a role for people who are passionate about great customer service.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing the end‑to‑end service process, from customer arrival through to vehicle handover
- Providing skilled advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs
- Accurately preparing service estimates, quotes, and invoices
- Liaising closely with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Keeping customers informed with clear, timely updates on progress and costs




- Handling customer concerns or enquiries in a calm, solution‑focused manner
- Ensuring service records and documentation are accurate and compliant
- Contributing to service targets, customer satisfaction, and team performance

To be considered for this position you will need the following experience and attributes:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a Dealership will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in a Dealership or automotive environment
- Excellent customer service skills including in person, in writing and over the telephone
- Must like helping solving problems and helping customers
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence is desired but not essential
