GeoDrill Australia is seeking motivated Driller's Assistants to join our growing exploration drilling crews working across Australia.

With both 2 weeks on, 1 week off and 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster options available, this is a great prospect to earn strong money while enjoying plenty of time at home.

Travel to and from site is fully paid, along with accommodation and meals whilst on swing.

No drilling experience? No problem. We're looking for the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

About the Role

As a Driller's Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced Drillers and be involved in:

- Assisting with daily drilling operations
- Handling drill rods, tools, hoses and equipment
- Rig setup and pack-down
- General labouring and site housekeeping




- Working safely in a range of environments and weather conditions
- Supporting the crew to achieve production and safety targets

This is physically demanding work, but it offers excellent career opportunities for those willing to put in the effort.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

- HR Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Ability and willingness to work away from home in remote locations
- Strong commitment to safety

Highly Regarded but not a requirement

- Coal Board Medical
- Mineral Mines & Quarries Medical
- Previous experience in labouring, construction, mining, agriculture, transport, trades, or mechanical industries
