What You'll Be Doing:

- Carrying out detailed quality control checks for each property before guests arrive, departures and back-to-backs.
- Rectifying cleaning issues and working with the office and housekeeping teams to fix them fast!
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the office and maintenance departments.




- Styling and refreshing apartments with soft furnishings, décor, and inventory items to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Helping with general property-related tasks and keeping accurate records of keys and inventory.

What We’re Looking For:

- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and your own reliable vehicle. Don’t worry, we’ll cover your petrol!
- Someone with previous experience in a similar role or a customer-facing environment (bonus points for a background in hospitality or property!)
- Super organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with different teams to get things done smoothly and efficiently.
- Independent and self‑motivated – you're the kind of person who takes initiative and enjoys variety in your day
- Familiar with the Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach areas? Even better!
- Availability on weekends and public holidays
