- Times: 1pm - 8pm (with some flexibility to stay later on some evenings) + Saturday 10am- 3pm, approx. 33 hours per week - hours can be worked around the right candidate

Our warm and busy family based in Bellevue Hill is seeking an experienced Nanny to support their four school-aged children, including managing busy school schedules, school sport, and coordinating with parent's diaries.

Both parents have demanding careers and are looking for a highly organised, reliable nanny who can take genuine ownership of the family's day-to-day logistics. The family values initiative, excellent organisation, and a nanny who leads by example through their own health and wellbeing. They are looking for a true team player who is happy to travel with the family and become a trusted, integrated part of family life.

The role includes coordinating school permissions and RSVPs, notifying parents of upcoming events (grandparents' days, school open days, sporting days), and liaising with all family members and stakeholders. The nanny will also assist with homework, support basic home and budget management, including cost management for school and household items and healthy food preparation with little to no processed foods.

Over time, the nanny will help guide the children toward greater independence, including preparing their own lunches and completing basic chores such as making their beds and tidying their rooms.

The family has previously enjoyed a long-term relationship with a former nanny, who became part of the family before moving forward to her next chapter,



and are looking to build a similarly trusted, long-term connection.

The ideal candidate will be focused on the children above all else, able to attend to each child's individual needs while confidently multi-tasking across a busy family schedule. Flexibility on hours is welcomed - the family's priority is finding the right fit.

Nanny Duties & Responsibilities

- Managing four children's school schedules, school sport, and extracurricular commitments
- Assisting with homework
- Coordinating school permissions, RSVPs, and diary management with parents and stakeholders
- Notifying parents of upcoming school/family events
- Cost management for basic school and household items
- Basic food preparation, including healthy snacks (minimal processed food)
- Basic home management and budgeting support
- Gradually guiding children toward independence (lunch prep, basic chores, room tidying)
- Driving children to and from school/activities
- Travelling with the family when required

Prerequisites for Application

- Full Driver's Licence and experience driving young children
- Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain ASAP)
- Current National Police Check
- Minimum 5+ years of professional nanny experience
- Minimum 2 Australian child-related references
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple busy school schedules and coordinate with parents' diaries
- Solid multi-tasking ability while remaining attentive to individual children
- Genuine interest in health and wellbeing (to lead by example)
- Team player, willing to travel with the family
- Reliable and available for Saturday mornings
- Flexible with hours - the right fit matters most
