Little Darlings 2 is looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators and/or Trainees to join our team on a full time basis.

Whether you are an experienced educator, newly qualified, currently studying, or looking to start your career in Early Childhood Education and Care through a traineeship, we would love to hear from you.

No previous early childhood experience? No problem! Trainees are encouraged to apply. If you have a genuine passion for working with children, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, our team can support you as you work towards your qualification.

About the Role

As part of the Little Darlings 2 team, you will work alongside experienced educators and our leadership team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Building warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families

- Supporting engaging, play-based learning experiences

- Contributing to educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

- Maintaining high standards of active supervision, health, hygiene and child safety

- Supporting children's routines, transitions and individual needs

- Creating inviting and well-presented indoor and outdoor learning environments

- Contributing to observations, documentation and children's learning

- Working collaboratively with your fellow educators

- Following service policies, procedures and National Quality Framework requirements

- Participating in professional development, team meetings and continuous improvement





- Being a reliable, positive and active member of the team

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

- Early Childhood Trainees looking to commence a Certificate III traineeship

- Educators currently working towards their Certificate III or Diploma

- Certificate III qualified Educators

- Experienced educators looking for their next opportunity

- People new to the early childhood sector who are passionate about starting a career working with children

Above all, we are looking for people who are reliable, caring, enthusiastic and willing to learn and grow with our team.

You will also need to hold, or be willing to obtain, the relevant Working With Children Check and mandatory training/qualifications required for your position.
