the opportunity

You’llwork directly alongside one of ourDirectors,managing a select portfolio of HNW and SMSF clients,many of whom are former business owners with complex financial affairs.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where relationships matter. Clients will know you, trust you, and come to you directly.

You’llbe supported to deepen your technical capability across personal tax and SMSF matters,



while also developing your leadership and client management skills.

We don’t work in silos – you’ll be part of a collaborative team where knowledge is shared, and everyone contributes to great client outcomes.

what you’ll do

- Manage a portfolio of HNW individuals, family groups, and SMSF clients.
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and advisory work across personal tax and SMSFs.
- Work closely with aDirectorto deliveraccurateandtimelyyear-end financials and tax returns.
- Build strong, trusted client relationships and become their go-to advisor.
- Review work prepared by others and support junior team development [level dependent].
- Identifyopportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.

about you

You willlikely have:

- CA/CPA qualification.
- Experience in public practice accounting,withstrongknowledge inareassuch asDiv7A and working withinvestmentcompanies[Senior Accountant or Manager level].
- Strong personal tax experience [SMSF exposure highly regarded, or willingness to specialise].
- A genuine interest in working with individuals and families rather than business clients.




- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Confidence communicating with clients and explaining complex matters simply.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth approach to your work.
- Leadership experience, or a desire to grow in this area.
- And importantly – you enjoy building relationships and delivering a great client experience [not just processing work].
