ABOUT THE ROLE

Tidda Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations for a major precast manufacturing facility in the Hunter Region, NSW.

This is a full-time, senior leadership role offering a strong salary package and long-term career progression within a growing and high-performing business.

You will oversee all production activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while driving continuous improvement and operational performance.

- Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + Super (pending experience & skill set)
- Industry: Precast Manufacturing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage all day-to-day production operations
- Ensure production aligns with project delivery schedules
- Drive accountability and performance across production teams
- Manage labour, plant, and resources to maximise efficiency
- Improve productivity, workflow, and operational output
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance




- Monitor KPIs, performance reporting, and production targets
- Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning

ABOUT YOU

You are a proven production leader with a strong track record in manufacturing or heavy industry, capable of driving performance and leading high-performing teams.

To be considered, you will have:

- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing, precast, or industrial production
- Proven experience in a Production Manager/Operations leadership role
- Strong background in production planning, labour management & workflow optimisation
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver performance outcomes
- Experience delivering in project-based environments (construction/infrastructure preferred)
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality systems

Highly regarded:

- Engineering or technical degree
- Leadership or business management qualifications
