We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring productive coordination between the office, warehouse, suppliers, and customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leading teams, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
- Supervise warehouse operations and office administration
- Lead and support the warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved
- Coordinate inventory management, stock replenishment and stock accuracy
- Oversee inbound shipments and deliveries
- Work closely with the purchasing, sales and customer service teams
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational procedures
- Investigate and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS requirements and quality standards
- Support inventory planning and forecasting activities
About You
- Previous experience in an operations Supervisor or Operations Manager role
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, importing or manufacturing
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, MYOB or similar) is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Holds a valid forklift licence.
- Previous experience managing a warehouse and operations team
- Experience in the food packaging, FMCG or distribution industry
- Inventory and supply chain management experience
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Import and logistics experience
