Senior Electrical Foreman/ Project Supervisor

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor for a major healthcare project in Sydney.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing project team delivering a complex project through to completion. You'll take ownership of site operations, drive programme outcomes, lead subcontractors and trades, and play a key role in maintaining safety, quality and productivity across the project.

We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor for a major healthcare project in Sydney.

You'll take ownership of site operations, drive programme outcomes, lead subcontractors and trades, and play a key role in maintaining safety, quality and productivity across the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day site delivery of a major electrical package.
- Coordinate electrical trades, subcontractors and construction activities.




- Drive programme milestones and site productivity.
- Manage site resources, materials and workforce planning.
- Liaise with project management, consultants and client representatives.
- Support testing, commissioning and project close-out activities.
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and high-quality project delivery.

About You:

- Electrical Trade qualified with a current Electrical Licence.
- Proven experience supervising large-scale commercial, healthcare or infrastructure projects.
- Strong background delivering complex Design & Construct projects.
- Experience leading site teams, subcontractors and multiple work fronts simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of electrical installation, services coordination and commissioning.
- Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
