Australian Department of Finance – Canberra ACT is inviting applications for the 2027 Career Starter Program, a 12-month, full-time APS1 pathway designed to launch your government career. You will study toward a Certificate IV while working and gain hands-on experience in a participating department or agency.

Successful candidates join a supportive team, receive a market-competitive salary with paid leave and superannuation, and have opportunities to advance to APS2 after completion of the program.
