We are seeking an Experienced full-time Property Manager, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with an immediate start available.

What We're Looking For

- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- A valid driver's licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- A proactive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords,



tenants & suppliers
- Manage rent receipting, arrears, and bond finalisations
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and work orders
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant
- Prepare correspondence, file notes, and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Advertise and lease properties
- Prospect for and secure new property managements
- Support business development initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- High level of organisation and ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
