About The Role?

Dependent upon the employee's skill set…. this position combines fieldwork, customer engagement, and team leadership. You'll oversee maintenance, servicing, and repair of fire protection systems includingFire Alarms, EWIS, Emergency Lighting, Extinguishers, and Hose Reelsacross Townsville and surrounding areas.

About You?

You will have prior Fire Protection experience with the ability to work unsupervised. An A grade electrical licence would be ideal but not essential. The role requires the successful applicant to be able to plan, organize and enjoy working autonomously or in a team environment.





Key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

- Carry out testing, diagnosis, repairs and maintenance of fire alarm systems, EWIS and other assets in accordance with the standards.
- Identify non-compliant items with the client assets.
- Co-ordinate the work of others. Lead, mentor and develop your team
- High level of customer service, positive attitude and interaction with customers and their requests.
- Strict adherence to work health and safely policy and procedures.
- Perform all assigned work within required time frames, tolerance and budget.
- Must hold QBCC licenses, as appropriate.
