The Punch Agency is looking for our next superstar. Located in Miranda, we have an opportunity for a marketing coordinator to join our team in a part-time capacity*. What we're looking for at Punch:

Punch is a marketing agency working with clients in the B2B space. This role supports the Marketing Manager working together to deliver a full suite of marketing services to our clients.

Minimum 2+ years in a Marketing Assist/Coordinator role

Strong communication skills and professionalism

Agency or client-side experience

Previous exposure across traditional and digital marketing, with strong writing skills is adventageous

Strong administrative skills, including time management, project planning and using MS Office suite (intermediate Excel/Word required)

Confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders to prioritise tasks and deadlines

Capability to take ownership of projects, ask questions and actively listen

A willingness to learn and interest in building marketing skills

A collaborative spirit to work with all agency functions from creative to finance.

Day-to -day at Punch looks like:

Working with the Marketing Manager/Creative Director and broader team, to scope, coordinate and implement client marketing initiatives





Client and supplier liaison including coordination of traditional, media and digital activities

Task and deadline management including the administrative activities required for each client account

Working alongside the creative studio, digital partners, PR and marketing experts to deliver and implement outcomes for clients

Variety of tasks from content planning and coordination, with the opportunity to get hands‑on with assisting to craft short form content, proofing and being involved in the implementation of digital and web tasks.

About the role:

Part‑time, equivalent to 3 days (23hrs) in‑office in Miranda. Future potential to move to full time.

Salary listed is pro rata to 3 days per week.
