We're on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team in a flexible part time role. This role will be 20 hours per week and involve supporting the Executive Leadership team, The key role of the Marketing & Communication Officer is to plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the organisation's brand and services, and craft and implement innovative brand strategies. This energetic position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, social media protocols, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A Working with Children Check and a National Police Check are both required before starting in this role.

Selection Criteria
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
