First Steps Learning Academy is a privately owned family run business in Barden Ridge - Sutherland Shire, that strives for excellence in early childhood care. Offering childcare and education for 0 to 5 years our successful company is always growing.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Certificate III/or Working towards Diploma Educator to join our wonderful Team in a Part-time position, working 5 days a week, 9:30-2:30pm.

Your Role

As an Educator at First Steps Learning Academy, you will:

- Make children laugh while they learn!
- Create a warm, engaging, and stimulating environment




- Deliver and evaluate educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team
- Observe, document, and support each child’s individual learning journey
- Actively contribute to a team culture that is fun, qualified, and supportive

What You’ll Bring

- As a minimum, ACECQA Approved Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education, or working towards your Diploma Qualification
- CHCPRT025 or CHCPRT001 – Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude
- A love for planning fun, educational experiences that inspire young minds!
