An exciting opportunity has become available for a Bathroom Sales Consultant / Administrator to join the Bathroom Space Team in Casual role at our beautiful showroom in Underwood.

You’ll work alongside our friendly team to maximise sales profitability by delivering happiness through exceptional customer service and administration to our showroom retail, commercial trade and on-line customers.

More about the role:

Casual - typically between 16 and 30 hours per week. Opportunity to move to Part-Time or Full-Time in future

- Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
- Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection - become an expert in Bathroom Space products, styles and specifications to assist with design queries
- Ensure high levels of customer happiness through excellent pre-sales and after-sales service
- Maintain our amazing showroom conditions and visual merchandising
- Answering phone calls, email and social media enquiries
- Processing sales orders, back-orders and payments
- Warranty & damage claims

About you:





- Passionate, reliable, motivated and solid work ethic
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Sales and administration experience will be well regarded however not a requisite.
- Demonstrated computer skills. Experience using cloud-based stock/order management systems, Microsoft Office suite of software and e-commerce platforms will be well regarded however not a requisite.
- Proficiency in English / excellent written and verbal communication
- Applicants must have a current driver's licence
