Queensland Health’s Hervey Bay Hospital invites you to join as an Advanced Physiotherapist (SAFEST Discharge). Lead patient-centred discharge planning in General Medicine to improve outcomes and speed home returns, working with a multidisciplinary team in an advanced practice role.
Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Part Time positions are available, with a remuneration package up to $172,615 p.a. plus superannuation, annual leave loading and adaptable work arrangements in the Fraser Coast
