We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty & Skin Therapist to join our luxury skin clinic in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a casual position starting at 3–4 days per week, with strong potential to increase to full-time hours within 1–3 months for the right person and based on performance and clinic growth.
You will be working in a results-driven yet luxury environment where every treatment is personalised, every client is valued, and skin health is the priority. We combine advanced skin science with a relaxing, high-end client experience.
This role is ideal for a therapist who is confident in consultations, passionate about skin results, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver advanced skin treatments including:
- Skin needling (Dermapen 4)
- Chemical peels
- Facials
- Perform beauty treatments including:
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination, brow tint and brow dye
- Facial waxing (and body waxing if interested)
- Provide expert skincare advice and homecare recommendations
- Confidently recommend and retail skincare products
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and luxury client experience
- Build strong client relationships with a focus on rebooking and long-term results
About You
- Minimum 2 year's experience working in a clinic environment (not home salon or self-employed)
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients
- Confident in client consultations and treatment planning
- Skin needling experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and client experience focus
- High attention to detail and professional presentation
- Confident in retail and service-based sales
- Passionate about results, skin health and continuous learning
