We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Representative (Golf and Turf) to join our energetic team in Rutherford!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Recordand track sales activity using company systems
- Usemanufacturer programs to grow market share
- Promoteproducts and services to meet sales targets
- Buildlong-term customer relationships
- Stayinformed on competitors and industry trends
- Conductfield demos and operate machinery on-site
- Assessused equipment for trade-in value
- Workwith Sales Manager/Admin to manage orders
- Followup with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Coordinateequipment delivery and pickup
- Provideexpert support to customers and partners
- Supporta culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Manageinventory and monthly stock takes
- Assistin coordinating events and shows that we regularly attend
- Workingwith an engaged team,



providing the best possible customer service

What We’re Looking For

- Priorsales experience and/or training (John Deere range of products preferredbut not essential)
- Solidunderstanding of local market conditions.
- Knowledgeof resale values of particular machinery.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellentcustomer service skills.
- Asolid team member that enjoys collaboration between Parts, Sales andService
- Beinga strong problem solver and one that is able to think on run.
