The opportunity

Reporting to a Project Manager, you'll work closely with our project delivery team to develop your skills while supporting the successful delivery of structural steel projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of structural steel projects
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring project schedules and assisting with project planning activities




- Coordinating material procurement and subcontractor requirements
- Maintaining project documentation, reports, schedules, and compliance records
- Assisting with reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Supporting site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve project processes and contribute to successful project outcomes

What you'll bring

- A recent or upcoming qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
- A genuine interest in construction, structural steel, and project delivery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exposure to project management software viewed favourably
- A current Australian Driver Licence (or the ability to obtain one) is desirable

Previous industry experience is not essential. We welcome graduates with internship, vacation program, or relevant university project experience.
