We’re looking for a confident leader with strong operational experience and a genuine passion for people, performance and health. If you thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced retail setting and are driven by results, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the performance and operations of corporate and franchise stores across the Sydney Region
- Executing national sales promotions, campaigns, and HQ directives
- Conducting store audits and performance reviews across all sites
- Recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing retail staff
- Setting and reviewing KPIs to drive sales growth and operational excellence
- Supporting franchisees and assisting with HR matters as required
- Project managing new store launches
- Ensuring Elite’s systems, procedures, and brand standards are upheld
- Driving training and strategies for Elite’s private label product range
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in multi-site retail or territory management
- A strong understanding of retail operations, people management and HR processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
- A passion for health, fitness, and the supplements industry
