We're Looking For

An Assistant Development Manager to support the successful delivery of development projects, helping drive commercial performance, project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Development Manager, you will work closely with the Development Manager or Senior Development Manager to deliver projects aligned to Stockland's vision, strategy and commercial objectives.

You will assist with project planning, financial management, contracts, approvals and stakeholder engagement while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed schedules and budgets. Working across Development, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Legal and Project Management teams, you will help create better outcomes for our customers, communities and business.





Your contribution will support the successful delivery of projects while enhancing Stockland's reputation and delivering value for stakeholders.

About You

You're passionate about property development and thrive in collaborative environments where you can contribute to meaningful projects. You're looking for an chance to build your development experience, broaden your commercial skills and help create communities that people are proud to call home.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Tertiary qualification in Property, Development or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- 2 to 3 years' experience in property, development, project delivery or a related field
- Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of contracts, approvals, compliance and project risk management
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a vehicle
