We're looking for a highly capable Technical Lead - AWS Cloud Engineer to play a key role in delivering strategic cloud and platform solutions. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll work closely with architects, engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and resilient AWS environments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead technical delivery for cloud and platform initiatives.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed solution designs.
- Drive technical design workshops and engineering discussions.
- Design and implement AWS infrastructure and platform services.
- Develop detailed low-level designs (LLDs), infrastructure documentation, and operational support models.
- Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code best practices.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning, testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Work closely with architects, security teams, project managers, engineers, and vendors.
- Provide technical leadership and recommendations on platform and technology decisions.

Essential Experience

- 8+ years of Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering experience.
- 3+ years in a Technical Lead, Platform Lead, Senior Cloud Engineer, or Senior Engineering role.




- Solid AWS infrastructure expertise across services such as:
- EC2
- VPC
- IAM
- Route53
- CloudWatch
- S3
- Load Balancers
- Secrets Manager
- Systems Manager
- ECR

- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of high availability, resilience, disaster recovery, and cloud security principles.
- Experience with monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Amazon EKS and Kubernetes experience.
- CI/CD pipeline development and automation.
- GitOps and ArgoCD.
- Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Databricks or large-scale data platforms.
- API platforms and microservices.
- Experience within large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Platform Engineering and SRE practices.

About You

You are a self-starter who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and can independently drive outcomes with minimal supervision. You are comfortable leading technical discussions, influencing stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on engineering.
