MCA Engineering is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor – Mining Projects and Shutdowns to join our Parkes operation. This hands‑on, site based role will supervise shutdowns, maintenance activities and small projects across local mining and industrial operations.
You will oversee daily activities, coordinate resources and ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard. Occasional travel across Australia is required from Parkes base.
