As we continue our growth journey, including the launch of an exciting new hospitality precinct and several new venue openings scheduled at Brisbane airport for late 2026, we are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Head Chef to help shape the next chapter of our business.

THE ROLE

As Multi-Site Head Chef, you will lead culinary operations across a portfolio of hospitality venues, driving food quality, commercial performance and team development.

Working closely with Venue Managers and the Operations Manager, you will oversee kitchen performance across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial outcomes and exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in developing kitchen leaders,



maintaining high operational standards and supporting the successful launch of our upcoming hospitality precinct and new venue openings.The dining precinct will feature a diverse mix of concepts spanning casual dining, cafés, bars and quick-service offerings, creating a unique opportunity to lead teams across a variety of culinary styles and guest experiences

This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing culinary creativity with business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and inspire kitchen teams across multiple venues.
- Drive profitable kitchen operations through effective labour, food cost and inventory management.
- Manage stock control, purchasing, wastage reduction and portion control.
- Develop seasonal menus, recipe costings and associated training materials.
- Work closely with Venue Managers to achieve labour and financial targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency through analysis of financial performance and market trends.
- Recruit, coach and develop high-performing kitchen leaders and teams.
- Ensure all venues maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety and compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and drive accountability across kitchen teams.
- Support the opening and ongoing success of new venues within the portfolio.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Relevant culinary qualifications and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.




- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Multi-Site Head Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple kitchens or large-scale food operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage labour, food costs and profitability.
- A successful track record of building, mentoring and developing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Food Safety Supervisor certification.
- Sound knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
- Strong administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
