About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and confident Brand Representative to join our growing team on a casual basis. You'll visit local businesses across Adelaide, introduce them to Ellie, and demonstrate how our AI receptionist helps businesses save time, capture more leads, and provide better customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, working independently, and being part of an exciting local startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit local businesses throughout Adelaide.
- Introduce Ellie and explain its features and benefits.
- Demonstrate the product using a mobile phone or tablet.
- Engage with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Generate new leads and encourage businesses to start a free trial.
- Record customer interactions and provide feedback to the team.
- Represent Ellie in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Skills & Experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with new people.
- Strong sales aptitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, retail,



hospitality, customer service, or business development is highly regarded.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

- Current Australian work rights.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- Reliable transport.
- Available to work 10-20 hours per week.
- Qualified presentation and demeanor.
