Are you ready to take your Asset Finance career to the next level?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our growing team.
You will manage Asset Finance transactions for consumer and commercial clients, with all leads supplied through our robust network of mortgage broker partners, other referral sources and highly qualified online sources.
This role requires the ability to understand each client’s needs, provide expert guidance and secure competitive finance solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and financial circumstances to recommend suitable Asset Finance solutions
- Manage consumer and commercial Asset Finance applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Guide clients through the application and approval process while providing a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Liaise with lenders to negotiate suitable terms, rates and conditions
- Maintain accurate client information and ensure all internal compliance requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, mortgage broker partners, other referrers and team members
- Provide regular and professional communication to clients and referral partners throughout the finance process
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of Asset Finance broking experience
- Proven history of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial lending products
- Excellent computer skills and a high level of data entry accuracy
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- A team focused attitude with a positive and vibrant personality
