Healthy North Coast is seeking a Senior Manager, Recovery, Healing and Practice Capability to lead a regional program enhancing recovery and healing responses for sexual violence across the North Coast. The role focuses on capacity-building, co-design and cross-sector collaboration with primary care, ACCHOs and community partners.

You will oversee workforce development, governance, risk management and reporting while driving system improvements and sustainable outcomes for communities.
