- Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service at the market stall
- Demonstrating products and answering customer enquiries with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Processing sales transactions accurately and securely
- Maintaining an attractive and well-organized market stall display
- Handling cash and card payments responsibly
- Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Assisting with stock management and restocking displays as needed
- Following company policies and procedures to ensure a professional shopping experience
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and support stall operations
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
- Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems (essential)
- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to represent the Flare2Fire and Sriracha Australia brands
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work casual shifts on weekends with early starts
- You will be required to collect equipment and stock from Raby NSW 2566,
drive to market location, set up, sell and return to base
- A clear drivers license and access to a suitable vehicle, such as a large hatchback or SUV, are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- A valid form of identification and right to work in Australia
