Harcourts One Group is seeking a confident, capable and motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team based in our Gympie office.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trades and contractors
- Managing arrears, lease renewals and tenancy applications
- Ensuring compliance with current legislation and office procedures
- Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive and committed to delivering results.

You will have:





- Previous property management experience (preferred)
- A current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A current driver's licence
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
