About the Role
This is a varied position that includes:
- Chairside assisting our Dentists and Oral Health Therapist with a range of dental procedures
- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service at reception
- Managing appointments, phone calls, and patient enquiries
- Sterilisation and infection control duties
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining equipment
- Supporting the team wherever needed to ensure the practice runs smoothly
About You
To be successful in this role,
you will have:
- Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant (essential)
- Reception experience in a dental practice is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, caring, and professional attitude
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team
