Job Spec: This is an opportunity to step into a commercially significant client leadership role within a leading insights agency. Working alongside a highly experienced Director, you will act as second-in-command on a major account, taking responsibility for the quality of client interactions, the standard of research outputs, and the ongoing strategic direction of the partnership.

The account represents a deep, multi-layered relationship, spanning large-scale CX and NPS programmes across a diverse portfolio of assets, alongside a steady pipeline of ad hoc work including corporate reputation, journey mapping, segmentation, brand, and pricing studies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting and strengthening a trusted client relationship, managing day-to-day delivery and engagement
- Leading conversations around CX, NPS and Voice of Customer programmes with confidence and authority
- Bringing commercial acumen to monthly and quarterly reporting, dashboarding,



and the translation of insights into transparent business actionsli>
- Applying strong technical expertise, with advanced quantitative skills and Q proficiency essential
