Now, they're looking for an experienced Facility Manager ready to take real ownership of a high-performing property portfolio and make it their own.
The Chance
This is more than a maintenance role, it's a chance to drive the strategic and operational heartbeat of a well-established portfolio. You'll balance hands-on facility management with high-level project, cost and risk oversight, reporting directly to the CEO on portfolio performance.
What You’ll Own:
- Repairs, maintenance and CAPEX projects — delivered to standard, on budget
- Operating expenses, tracked and managed against agreed targets
- Contractor and consultant relationships — building a network that delivers
- Regular performance reporting to the CEO
- End-to-end project cost management — budgets, cost reports, cost planning
- Design process oversight — documentation, consultants, approvals
- Risk identification and mitigation — proactive, not reactive
What You Bring:
- Qualification in Facility or Project Management
- 3+ years' experience in a similar senior role
- Solid grasp of project life cycles and their critical stages
- A track record managing budgets, resources and sub-contractors with confidence
- Sharp organisational and analytical skills
- Proven leadership across large project teams
- Outstanding stakeholder and relationship management skills
