Capital Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager for The Pavilion on Northbourne in Canberra. You will supervise the front office team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on service excellence.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications, while coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security. Experience with RMS Cloud and Opera Cloud is preferred.
