The Opportunity – Lead Educator
We’re seeking experienced educators ready to join our Buderim team.
In this role, you will:
- Model inclusive, high-quality education and leadership
- Support the team to drive learning excellence
- Mentor and coach educators in daily practice
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture
- Explore documentation practices including floor books and Storypark

About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have a passion for inclusion
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
- Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Enjoy mentoring, leading and inspiring others
- Bring warmth, professionalism and initiative to your role
- Hold a current First Aid Certificate and Blue Card
