Auto Electrician – Campervan Conversions

$45–$55 per hour + Super + Holiday Pay + Bonuses

Vanish Campers is a growing campervan conversion company based in Nerang, specialising in building premium, custom campervans. We're looking for a highly skilled Auto Electrician to join our close-knit team and help create industry-leading campervan conversions.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our production team, you'll be responsible for all aspects of auto electrical installation and diagnostics, including:

- Installation of DC-to-DC charging systems

- Solar systems and battery management

- 12V electrical systems

- Wiring looms and custom electrical installations

- Relays, resistors, remote systems and control modules

- Fault finding and diagnostics

- Lighting, accessories and vehicle upgrades

- Installation of diesel heaters

- Electric awning installations

- Assisting with basic mechanical installations where required

- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

- Qualified Auto Electrician with proven industry experience

- Strong knowledge of 12V automotive electrical systems

- Experience with DC-to-DC chargers, solar systems, batteries, relays, resistors, remote systems and electrical diagnostics

- Excellent fault-finding abilities

- Good mechanical aptitude and confidence installing campervan accessories





- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work

- Strong time management skills

- Reliable, punctual and well presented

- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

- Someone who genuinely enjoys their trade and takes pride in every build

What's On Offer

- Full-time, permanent position

- Monday to Friday

- 5:30am – 1:30pm (early finish every day)

- Overtime available

- $45–$55 per hour (based on experience)

- Paid holiday
