Acqua Bathrooms is a well-established and growing bathroomware business helping homeowners, renovators, builders and designers select products for their bathroom projects.

We are looking for a friendly and professional Showroom Receptionist & Customer Service team member to join our office and showroom.

This is primarily a receptionist and customer-service role. You will answer incoming phone calls and emails, welcome customers into the showroom and assist with general product and order enquiries.

There are no sales targets, cold calling or high-pressure selling. Our customers are generally already interested in our products and are looking for helpful, honest advice.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroom
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Helping customers with general product information
- Preparing quotes and assisting with customer orders
- Entering and updating customer and order details
- Following up order and delivery enquiries




- Providing general reception and administrative support
- Helping maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment

Full training will be provided on our products, systems and processes.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, professional and well-presented
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Clear and confident in written and verbal communication
- Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
- Patient, approachable and genuinely helpful
- Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
- Willing to learn about bathroom products
- Available to work Saturdays, with one weekday off

Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, retail, showrooms or home-improvement products would be helpful but is not essential.

The right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than previous bathroomware experience.
