The Role

As our Property Manager, your focus will be on delivering gold‑standard service to landlords and tenants across our residential portfolio. You’ll also take ownership of day‑to‑day operational responsibilities and help identify new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a clean and organised residential rent roll
- Complete routine inspections and prepare detailed, timely reports
- Coordinate rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears follow‑up
- Advertise, show and lease vacant properties efficiently
- Arrange and manage repairs, quotes and maintenance
- Build long‑term, positive relationships with clients and team members
- Ensure full compliance with relevant Acts and regulations




- Contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our business

You’ll Need to Bring

- Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management
- Honesty and reliability - absolute must‑haves (we’ve had enough of the other kind)
- Strong initiative and the ability to work unsupervised (we don’t micromanage here)
- A genuine team player who uplifts others and contributes positively to culture
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- A proactive mindset - you solve problems before they become one
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Driver’s Licence + reliable car
- Experience using MRI Property Tree, VaultRE, Snug and comfort with MacOS
