Recoila International is a market leader in the manufacturer and wholesale of hose and cable reels. We are looking to fill a permanent part-time position with flexible hours for a skilled and experienced bookkeeper. The role would suit someone looking to work around school hours, or semi-retired etc. The role would allow a mix of working from home and the office, highly flexible. The role is currently being serviced circa 10 - 15 hours per week. Full training will be provided.

As a crucial member of the Management team, primarily you will be responsible for all aspects of the bookkeeping functions for a manufacturing wholesale business. You will be involved in:

- Process daily banking.
- Reconcile balance sheet.
- Creditors payments.
- Reconcile month end accounts.
- Prepare year end accounts for external accountants.
- Liaison with external accountant for BAS, super, wages and year end.




- Back up to accounts payable goods receipting.

Candidate

The successful candidate will be a motivated bookkeeper with minimum 3 years’ experience.

You will need to possess the following skills and personal attributes:

- The ability to organize your work, setting priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office and ExoNet MYOB Accounting Software skills.
