The organisation
people2people are partnering with a well-established Australian-owned business with a strong presence across retail and e-commerce. Known for their quality products, loyal customer base and continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Logistics Administration Officer to their collaborative and high-performing team.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Logistics Coordinator - you will have responsibility for the productive coordination of domestic and international shipments, inventory receipting and logistics administration. You will assist with ensuring accurate and timely movement of goods, maintenance of records, monitoring costs and ensuring delivery – all while interacting and providing updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
What you will bring -
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, freight or inventory administration
- Hands-on experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight movements
- Sound knowledge of shipping, import and freight documentation requirements
- Strong systems capability, including ERP platforms (Pronto advantageous) and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience working in fast-paced wholesale, retail, distribution or supply chain environments
- The ability to confidently engage and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A current QLD Driver's Licence
