About the Role

This position requires availability to work Monday to Friday during the following operating hours:

- Before School Care: 7:00am — 9:00am
- After School Care: 2:30pm — 6:00pm

About You

You will:

- Have a genuine passion for working with school-aged children and their families.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), My Time, Our Place Framework, and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Create engaging, inclusive and high-quality learning experiences.
- Be committed to maintaining a strong child-safe culture and upholding the highest safeguarding standards.
- Minimum of one year's experience working with children over preschool age in an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC/OOSH) environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law, Education and Care Services National Regulations, and the National Quality Framework.
- Current NSW Working with children's check (WWCC)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Foundations of Child Safety training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- ACT Government Keeping Children and Young People Safe training, or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
