- Liaise with land registry services regarding lodged documents and requisitions.

- Arrange stamping of documents through relevant providers, including Infotrack.

- Manage PEXA settlements, including PEXA Projects where required.

- Prepare settlement adjustments and completion statements.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, banks, brokers, government authorities and other external stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate file records, manage document systems and support billing and matter management processes.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, systems and property processes.

About you

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong knowledge of NSW conveyancing and property law processes.

- Sound working knowledge of PEXA and electronic settlements.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- The ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.

Why apply?

You will work on high-quality transactions, build solid relationships across the business, and develop into a local expert in the Sydney property market.

If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude who wants to be part of a successful and growing practice, this could be the perfect next step.
