As a Loan Verification Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping Australians responsibly finance their next vehicle. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Assess and verify customer loan applications, ensuring timely assessment within our responsible lending policy guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and conduct further enquiries where necessary to ensure application completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with and refer accounts to the appropriate internal teams.
- Follow up on incomplete applications and meticulously review all supporting documents.
- Guarantee data is entered with a high degree of accuracy and matches all supporting documentation.
Who you are:
